"Economic & Social Development of Inter Disciplinary Scientific Collaboration in AUTh."

 
will take place on Wednesday 26 and Thursday 27 Νοvember 2008, in Room Α31 of the Physics Department of Αristotle University of Thessaloniki. The 2-Day Workshop is being organized on the occasion of the 80-year celebration since the Physics Dept was founded (one of the oldest AUTh Depts), with a leading role in research and cutting-edge technologies issues in Greece and Europe, and is an excellent opportunity for discussion-promotion of the Scientific – Research- Technological Activities of AUTh and other Organizations of the Region. The aim of the event is: The exchange of ideas and collaboration development, for the reinforcement of the Inter Disciplinary Scientific Collaboration in AUTh and other Universities, the interaction among Greek Research Centers and International Organizations such as CERN, and the use of these collaborations in order to promote the economic and social growth in our area.

Departments & Research Centers, Directors of Postgraduate Course Programs, Scientists & Researchers from Greek Universities, CERN Representatives and also Representatives from the Region of Central Macedonia, the Innovation Zone, the National Documentation Center and PRAXI Network.
